How to Use Capstar Flea Treatment for Dogs and Cats

Capstar is an oral flea tablet. Place the tablet directly in your pet's mouth or hide it in food. If hidden in food, ensure your pet swallows it.

Instructions

Capstar flea treatment tablets should be given when a flea infestation is detected. The frequency of treatment depends on the severity of the infestation. In cases of severe infestation, it may be necessary to treat daily or every other day until the infestation is controlled. Treatment may be resumed if fleas reappear. No more than one treatment should be given per day. Tablets can be given with or without food and may be hidden in a small quantity of food before administration.

• For cats and small dogs between 1kg and 11kg: Use one Capstar Flea Treatment for Cats and Small Dogs tablet per day until fleas are no longer seen.
• For medium and large dogs between 11kg and 57kg: Use one Capstar Flea Treatment for Medium and Large Dogs tablet per day until fleas are no longer seen.
• For large dogs over 57kg: Use two Capstar Flea Treatment for Medium and Large Dogs tablets per day until fleas are no longer seen.
