Medicines We Supply

As a Companion Animal Only retailer, we are authorised to supply:

• Prescription-Only Medicines (POM) - with valid veterinary prescriptions

• General Sales List Medicines (GSL) - available for general retail sale

• Veterinary pet supplements and health products

 

We only supply medicines for companion animals as authorised. We do not supply Schedule 3 or Schedule 4 controlled drugs through our online service.

 

Prescription Medicines

All prescription orders require:

• A valid prescription from a UK-registered veterinary surgeon

• Patient identification and details

• Veterinary surgeon's details and authorisation

• Appropriate record-keeping and traceability

• Compliance with storage and handling regulations

 

Quality & Safety Assurance

All medicines and products are sourced from licensed suppliers and UK pharmaceutical wholesalers. We maintain rigorous quality standards and full traceability of all products.

 

Adverse Events & Recalls

Should the VMD issue any product recalls or safety alerts, we will immediately cease supply of affected products and notify customers. Any adverse events or product quality concerns can be reported directly to our compliance team.
