Medicines We Supply

As a Companion Animal Only SQP retailer, we are authorised to supply:

  • NFA-VPS (Non-Food Animal — Veterinarian, Pharmacist, or SQP): No veterinary prescription required. Supplied following SQP review of your pet's details.
  • POM-VPS (Prescription Only Medicine — Veterinarian, Pharmacist, or SQP): No veterinary prescription required. Supplied following SQP review of your pet's details.
  • AVM-GSL (Authorised Veterinary Medicine — General Sales List): Available for general retail sale without SQP review.

We do not supply POM-V medicines. POM-V medicines require a prescription from a registered veterinary surgeon and must be dispensed by a vet or veterinary pharmacist. We do not supply Schedule 3 or Schedule 4 controlled drugs.

Quality and Safety Assurance

All medicines are sourced from licensed UK veterinary pharmaceutical suppliers and stored in accordance with VMD requirements. We maintain full traceability of all products and supply only genuine veterinary medicines.

Adverse Events and Recalls

Should the VMD issue any product recalls or safety alerts, we will immediately cease supply of affected products and notify customers. Any adverse events or product quality concerns can be reported to our compliance team.
