Beaphar FIPROtec Spot-On for Large Dogs is a veterinary medicine available without prescription, that helps control fleas and ticks. Containing fipronil, this spot-on treatment for dogs kills fleas within 24 hours and ticks within 48 hours. Apply monthly for continuous flea protection. Suitable for dogs from 8 weeks of age and weighing 20-40kg
Used routinely Beaphar FIPROtec Spot-On for Dogs can help protect your dog from fleas. However, if your dog already has fleas the following steps will help you get on top of it.
1. Treat all pets in the home with a suitable flea treatment
2. Reapply treatments at the recommended interval. Beaphar FIPROtec Spot-On should be repeated every 4 weeks for continuous protection
3. Vacuum floors and soft furnishings and wash pet’s bedding at 60°C regularly
4. Treat the house with a long-lasting household flea spray, such as Beaphar FLEAtec Household Flea Spray
5. Worm pets regularly as fleas can carry and transmit tapeworm, check out Beaphar WORMclear range
Instructions
ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LEAFLET AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE.
Do not remove the pipette from the foil blister until you are ready to use the product.
Weigh your dog carefully before application to ensure they weigh between 20–40kg. If your dog weighs more than 40kg, please use the Extra Large Dog pack.
1. Use the easy-peel corners to remove the pipette from its blister pack.
2. Holding the pipette upright, tap the neck section to ensure the contents fall back into the body of the pipette.
3. Carefully snip off the top of the pipette using scissors.
4. Part your dog's fur between the shoulder blades and place the tip of the pipette onto the skin.
5. Apply half the pipette between the shoulder blades and apply half at the base of the neck, directly onto the skin.
Do not allow children to play with your pet until the fur is fully dry.
For continuous protection, reapply every four weeks.
Composition
Ingredients: Fipronil 268mg, Butylhydroxyanisole (E320), butylhydroxytoluene (E321), benzyl alcohol (E1519) and diethylene glycol monoethyl ether.
